Shipping Times and General Information
Before we can ship, we process your order to verify availability of your product(s), shipping selections and credit card information. We will process your order within 2-5 business days depending on our volume and inventory.
* How fast you receive your order also depends on the shipping method you choose during the order process. We offer a variety of shipping services but please note that the shipping calculators used are estimates of ship times and does not include our processing time. All shipments of orders received on weekends go out starting on Monday, including priority shipments in the order that they are received. All shipping time estimates are in business days. Ground Shipping is estimated to be 2-7 business days depending on your location. Priority Mail can take 5 days and as little as 2 days. We have no control over the postal service. Please note that shipping calculators show an approximate delivery time frame.Whats shown is direct from the respective shippers we can't control those estimates.
* Actual shipping times vary by your location, product and method. Most items ship from our warehouse in Lake Havasu, Arizona. Some items will ship directly from the manufacturer and that can take a while longer. In that case, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.
* If the item you order is out of stock or will be delayed, we will email you with an update on the status of your order.
* If you require a faster method of shipping or you must have your items by a certain date PLEASE contact us by email or note your request on your check out page so we can contact you to arrange appropriate shipping.
* We are happy to include a note with your shipment if items are a gift - such as Birthdays, Thank You's or other special occasions - no cost. Just include the message in the note section during check out.
* If there are items on back order, they will be sent as soon as they arrive. Due to our volume we receive shipments from our suppliers generally every week.
* In the event your package does not arrive - please email us. We send all shipments with delivery confirmation. The postal service will not try to track a lost item for us until 30 days has past. Items that are damaged or lost will require a signed affidavit for the insurance company to be filled out before a new shipment is sent.
* When your item ships, you will receive an email from us with your account updated. You can log into your account at any time to see the status of your order.
How will you contact me regarding my order?
Immediately after you place an online order we'll send an automatically generated acknowledgment.
You will receive confirmation of shipment within 2-3 business days, or be notified of any delay at that time. Availability of items is subject to stock on hand and/or availability of items from manufacturers. Credit card transactions are subject to verification by issuing bank.

Song Enterprises Inc ships to all 50 states using UPS delivery, the U.S. Postal Service and Federal Express.
If your shipping address is a P.O. box, the U.S. Postal Service (Ground Shipping option) must be used.
We recommend using 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska. Ground shipping may experience significant delays and 3rd Day Shipping service is not available.
We also ship to U.S. Territories including American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Parcels sent to these locations must be travel via USPS (Ground Shipping option) and may take longer than the 5-7 business days indicated in the shopping cart.
Parcels sent to APO/FPO addresses can only be sent via the United States Postal Service (Ground Shipping option).
Our Guarantee: Doggie Charms.com will replace any defective or damaged bracelet or charm, with the same bracelet or charm within the first 30 days. That means if any charm you purchase from us comes apart, tarnishes, chips or gets damaged in any way we will replace it. Dog tags, collars, letters and dog collar charms will be replaced in the first 7 days
All items returned, regardless of reason must have a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box. NO items will be accepted without this number - NO EXCEPTIONS . Returns must have the sales receipt included with the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Please contact us by email at sales at (@) songstercharms.com or songstershops @ gmail.com - please put the following in the subject line - Return Request and quote your invoice number. Make sure you include your name, phone number, invoice number, reason for return and which item(s) are being returned. No Return Authorization Numbers will be issued by phone.
For items not damaged or defective, exchanges may be made within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and undamaged in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items if we feel they have been used. In store credit or gift certificate will be issued minus shipping fees. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit. No cash refunds will be given.
Store credit may be used on any of our web stores - quote your credit slip number when you place your order.
